Listing fee

Posting a "For Sale" listing costs a one-time fee of ₦200, paid via Paystack. This fee covers the cost of publishing your listing on the marketplace and is generally non-refundable once your listing has been successfully created — including if your item doesn't sell, if you change your mind, or if you remove the listing yourself afterward.

When a refund does apply

You are entitled to a refund if:

You were charged but your listing was not created due to a technical error on our end.
You were accidentally charged more than once for the same listing.
A payment was deducted from your account but Paystack shows the transaction as failed or unconfirmed on their end.

How to request a refund

Contact us via the Contact section with your payment reference number (shown in your Paystack receipt/SMS/email) and a short description of what happened. We review refund requests manually and aim to respond within a few business days.

Lost & Found reports

Lost & Found reports are completely free to post and are never charged a fee, so this policy does not apply to them.
